These Terms of Service govern your use of the Valecis website and decision-support tools. By using Valecis, you agree to these terms.
1. Decision support, not professional advice
Valecis provides informational decision support for international hiring. Outputs are based on the information you provide and the evidence available to Valecis. They are not legal, tax, accounting, immigration, employment, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for verifying requirements that apply to your specific situation and for obtaining professional advice where appropriate.
2. Evidence and limitations
Valecis aims to distinguish verified information from unknown or incomplete information and to show supporting evidence where practical. International employment rules, provider capabilities, pricing, and other facts can change. We do not guarantee that every item is complete, current, or applicable to every circumstance.
3. Provider fit and commercial relationships
Valecis may identify providers that appear relevant after evaluating the hiring route and available evidence. A provider's commercial relationship with Valecis does not determine its ranking or improve its provider-fit assessment.
Some outbound links may be affiliate or referral links. If you follow such a link or become a customer, Valecis may receive compensation. Where applicable, commercial links are disclosed. Compensation does not change the underlying decision logic or ranking.
4. Third-party services
Providers and other third parties are independent from Valecis. Their products, contracts, pricing, onboarding, compliance services, availability, and support are governed by their own terms. Valecis is not a party to agreements you enter into with a third party and is not responsible for a third party's acts or omissions.
5. Acceptable use
You may use Valecis for lawful business and informational purposes. You must not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, misuse automated interfaces, or use Valecis in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
6. Availability and changes
Valecis may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service and may update these terms as the product develops. The effective date above identifies the current version.
7. No warranties
Valecis is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular legal or commercial outcome.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Valecis will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from use of, or reliance on, the service or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
